flowing heart frequency into daily life... that is how we are wired. it happens naturally! UNLESS we decide only to flow here and not there, then there are consequences we are choosing to experiencing..
It is just this stopping the heart flow to pay attention to - whatever makes you stop it like judgement, fear, feeling not good enough (small)... it all denies the heart flow. And the heart flow is big, it is in tune with life and it is life force in us!
