As Deborah Broadey (master of sonics) says, I have "unpacked" something big.... yes i feel like the plug came out of my heart chakra yesterday - the plug I put in so successfully at the age of 16 when i first fell in love and was deeply hurt, that I hid it from even myself! A blindspot of emotional turmoil. The magic trigger? A painting -a work of art at the right place and time and a good friend to share story.
